180!
oH MY GOD! I hit 180 2 weeks ago. I have gone 5 up give or take between then and now, and have allowed myself cheat days once a week. Otherwise, I do really well with portion control and eat really well. By which I mean good for my body. Beans, Greens, lots of veggies, some fruits, very very little bread and a bit of lean protein in he form of fish preferable. I get tempted, but the payoff of liking what I see ….it’s not even a trade-off. I love food. I cook and bake like mad. But being passionate about healthy eating feels amazing. And my body tells me what it wants. I am even thinking of writing a cookbook with some of my Superfood inventions. WIN.
